• Pricing is based on a rental for 7 nights (inquire on pricing for less than 7 nights).
• 50% of the rental amount is required to hold the reservation with the Remaining 50% due at least 30 days prior to arrival.
• A $500 refundable cash damage deposit (less any damage) is to be paid with the final payment or provided upon check in.
• 13% Costa Rica tax not included.
• If you are making an early reservation the full amount has to be paid 3 months prior to check in date
Cancellations
• Cancellation made 60 days or more prior to arrival, may be applied to an alternate booking date.
• Cancellation made less than 60 days prior to arrival will result in complete loss of deposit.
